We are currently recruiting for Truss Operatives for one of our clients based in Ashford, Kent.

The job will involve working in a timber yard assembling timber frames ready for dispatch, keeping the yard clean and tidy, operating large industrial machines used to press the metal plates onto the timber frames, health and safety is a must and candidates need to make sure that they are keeping to the strict health and safety procedures that are set in place. This work is extremely manual.

Working hours will be Monday to Thursday 07:00 till 16:30 and Friday 07:00 - 15:30 paid at £9.64 per hour, with a 30 min lunch break unpaid.

Some Saturdays are required paid at overtime rate.

The ideal candidate will have some experience working within a similar role, be flexible with working hours, be able to lift weights over 25kg and be available to start as soon as possible.
