Eurotunnel manages, maintains, and operates the Channel Tunnel Fixed Link Concession between Folkestone and Coquelles, France. Opened on 6 May 1994, the Fixed Link is a rolling motorway which transports passenger and commercial freight vehicles on board Shuttles across the Channel at 140kph, in 35 minutes. It also allows the running of third-party passenger and railfreight trains. The advantages of the Channel Tunnel are security, reliability, speed, frequency and respect for the environment.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for talented individual with a solid background in online content management, marketing, analytics and app management.

We are seeking a tech-savvy, experienced and highly motivated Executive to join our Digital
Team to support our digital marketing efforts.
You will be responsible for the ongoing analysis of all digital channels, as well as the delivery of digital content to our website, emails and smartphone app. You will need to be highly skilled with Google Analytics; finding trends, insights, and opportunities through analysis of our data.

In addition to the above, you will also be involved with the development of our online presence and booking platform, ensuring all new developments are completed with accurate analytics and tracking in place. Experience across the entire Google platform, including Analytics, DataStudio,
Tag Manager are essential for this role.

As the company branches out to iOS and Android apps, you will also be responsible for the respective App stores management and analysis/analytics and ensuring the presence in both app
stores in English and French territories is maintained as app and smartphone features develop.

This role will require work across the entire business and include regular presentations to senior management. At times you will be required to problem-solve, and seek out solutions and
information and be self-sufficient, using your own initiative and resourcefulness.

Skills/Requirements:
• Experienced with Google platforms (Analytics, DataStudio, Tag Manager and My
Business)
• Proficient in HTML/CSS/Regex and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experienced in email marketing platforms
• Experience of CMS systems
• Results driven and commercially astute
• Very strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple work streams to ensure deadlines are met
• French or Dutch language skills (desirable but not essential)
• Experienced in iOS and Android App management (App Store and Play Store) and
analytics (Firebase/GA4) is desirable but not essential.
• Possess a full UK driving licence.
