We are looking to recruit a People Advisor to join our busy, fast paced People team.

Working remotely, you'll predominantly support our services in London and the South East region. Services include Mental Health (IAPT), Young Persons (YP), Mind and Body (MAB) and Adult Substance Misuse. We also work in partnership with other providers in some areas.

As a People Advisor, you’ll ensure that With You’s people policies, procedures and standards are applied consistently and fairly throughout our organisation.

You’ll proactively case manage employee relations activities and provide expert advice and guidance on all People related issues.

You’ll work closely with our People Partners supporting the design and delivery of workshops that upskill managers as well as supporting the delivery of change projects.

What we’re looking for

You’ll need solid experience providing people (HR) advice and managing employee relations cases involving sickness absence, disciplinary and performance management.

Along with up to date knowledge of employment law and people management best practice, you’ll be able to think ahead, plan workloads and meet deadlines. You’ll also be results and solution focussed, a great communicator and effective at building working relationships.

You must have the ability to make independent decisions drawing on your own experience and professional knowledge to understand when an issue needs to be escalated or to draw in other members of the team.

Further information

You will be based at home but may be required to occasionally travel across the UK including overnight stays.

This is a full-time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week. We can be flexible with times of work but ideally need the successful candidate to work Monday through to Friday.
