Superb Opportunity join an Highly Successful, Growing Financial Services business based a short drive from Tunbridge Wells town!

As Client Relationship Manager, you will assume a varied role: acting as first point of contact for Key Clients, overseeing service delivery and relationship management. You will be responsible for onboarding and integrating new clients after the point of sale, as well as building and maintaining relationships with existing key customers, ensuring maximum uptake and usage of services. The role will require a combination of client contact (video, telephone and face-to-face) as well as CRM management and compliance administration.

The role will be a key liaison point between departments internally and clients, seeking to ensure a smooth, efficient end-to-end service is continued to be delivered. And therefore, the ideal person would have a rounded skillset covering financial services knowledge, client management, task prioritisation and relationship development

Salary with experience - circa £40k
