We are recruiting for an Assistant Branch Manager who is used to delivering outstanding performance in a challenging environment.

You will naturally be part of the Management team in leading your team to deliver excellent branch standards and provide amazing service to our customers every day. To maximise sales by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time, whilst creating a culture that delivers total satisfaction to customers.

No two days will ever be the same, but you can expect to be involved in everything that goes on.

We’ll be looking to you to influence and challenge the team, and that means getting stuck in, showing how it’s done and being there with ideas, support and guidance.

Things you will need to know:

Your strong communication skills and continuous improvement mind-set is key, you should have excellent organisation skills and ability to prioritise a busy workload will enable you to be successful within our fast paced environment.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30 am to 5.00 pm & every other Saturday 8.00 am to 1.00pm.
