Sales Support Administrator - A fantastic Opportunity!

Are you looking for a new and exciting role?

Would you like to join a reputable, friendly family run business?

My client is an established and successful manufacturing company based just outside of Paddock Wood.

Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator covering Customer Service, Order Processing and Sales Administration.

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be responsible for:
-Telephone and email correspondence to external and internal clients
-Liaising with suppliers quotes for materials/services.
-Ordering supplies and liaising with customers
-Ensuring a high level of customer service when advising quotations/sales orders/invoicing/purchasing
-Raising sales invoices
-Basic administration duties
-Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.

You must have:
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work well under pressure
-A good sense of humour
-Self-Motivated
-Excellent numerical skills, ideally an A-Level in Maths
-Microsoft IT skills
-Customer service experience
-The working hours are Monday to Friday (Early finish Fridays!).
