Barker Munro Recruitment is recruiting for a new role for an expanding and highly successful Broking group.
As the Broking Team leader you will be managing commercial and corporate insurance accounts in various local, national, and international business sectors including Property, Technology, Manufacturing, and Financial Institutions.

The primary focus of this position is building client relationships while delivering excellent client service including coverage and service consultation, account development, claims handling and account management.

We are seeking candidates with solid professional experience in Large Commercial Property and Casualty account management Acturis experience and CII progression an advantage.
The Team leader will need excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to handle pressure. You will be highly motivated with a strong work ethic; able to work independently and with minimal supervision and be customer service focused, with a high degree of professionalism.
