The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for 4 Warehouse Operative's to begin a temporary to permanent assignment with our client based in the Aylesford, Kent area.

As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for:

- Loading and unloading trailers
- Moving cages and bins from the yard to the warehouse
- Emptying bins in to the warehouse
- Disposing of medical waste following the correct procedures
- Maintaining health & safety standards within the warehouse

Candidates must be able to commit to working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. You must also be comfortable rotating between day shifts and night shifts each week.

Day shifts will be working from 06:00 - 18:00.

Night shifts will be working from 18:00 - 06:00.

You will ideally have some previous warehouse experience as well as a keen desire to further progress your career.

Our clients' depot is situated a short walk from local train stations

In return, you will receive:

- £9.50 to £10.43 per hour (dependent on shift)
- Weekly pay
- 28 days holiday per annum
- Full training & PPE
- Potential permanent position following a successful trial period
