IT Support Analyst required for a second line IT and Telecommunications Support role with a leading technology organisation based in Ashford Kent. You will be working with laptops, mobiles, tablets, and a full IT Network infrastructure supporting the high number of business users. This is a great opportunity to join at a time of continued growth. You will need to demonstrate previous experience as a successful 2nd line Support technician and a desire to continue learning and personal development.

You will be working with their Service desk you will monitor incidents and requests will allocate you tasks. This can often mean working to tight deadlines with users who need quick positive results.
