Are you currently managing a small team of customer service agents? Are you looking to join a large, well established business that work within global markets?

Our client is seeking a passionate, hardworking and organised Customer Service Team Leader to manage a small team of customer service advisors. They are a superb business with a supportive management team and excellent processes and procedures.

Main Duties
. Reviewing and monitoring training needs
. Conducting training modules with teams or 1-to-1
. Acting as an escalation point for more complex customer enquiries
. Motivating the team
. Dealing with holiday and sickness
. Handling complaints
. Assisting with recruitment

Monday-Friday

£25,000 - £27,000
