Contract: 1 year fixed term

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, excluding half hour lunch break per day. In order to maintain service delivery, flexibility to work outside of normal office hours (Mon-Fri, 9-5) will be required.

The role: This is a challenging but rewarding role, supporting individuals that have slept rough on the streets of Kent, many of whom are entrenched, have complex support needs and have a history of non-engagement. You will support individuals that have recently been housed and assist with issues that may have led to the breakdown of previous accommodation, as well as signposting to other agencies for help with needs that are more complex.

What you need: A patient, compassionate understanding of individuals who have spent many years on the street and who may find it difficult to engage with mainstream services, and with individuals at times of crisis times in their lives who may struggle to access services for the first time.
