We're looking for a Volunteering Officer ESV to join our team at Clarion Futures.



Clarion Futures is the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group. Our mission is to provide support, skills and opportunities to Clarion residents nationwide, transforming lives and communities.



We exist to maximise the opportunities available to our residents, providing people with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges, from employment and financial support, through to youth and community programmes.



As Operational lead for all Employer Supported Volunteering (ESV) activities, you'll be responsible for identifying volunteering opportunities, creating role descriptions, promoting opportunities, administrating the ESV process and ensuring high standards of good practice in the recruiting, screening, supporting and training of volunteers is maintained.



Some of the main responsibilities will include:-



* Supporting the Corporate Volunteering Manager to develop robust processes, policies and procedures for the effective running of Clarion's ESV programme;
* Overseeing management of ESV information on all relevant databases; ensuring it is always accurate and up to date, and that the application process is easily accessible;
* Supporting the Corporate Volunteering Manager to build partnerships with corporate businesses seeking volunteering opportunities for their staff;
* Establishing opportunities for corporate volunteers, and ensure suitable screening and support is provided for all staff, and partners, that may supervise volunteering opportunity. To include providing guidance and instruction to the corporate partners and conducting appropriate risk assessments for the volunteering opportunity;



The ideal candidate will come to us with a sound understanding of volunteering policy and experience in the delivery of related programmes.Drawing on your excellent communication skills, be skilled in

building strong networks and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.

You'll also need excellent organisational and project management skills as well as experience of administrating schemes and monitoring performance.
