Clarion Futures is the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group. Our mission is to provide support, skills and opportunities to Clarion residents nationwide, transforming lives and communities.



We exist to maximise the opportunities available to our residents, providing people with the tools and support they need to overcome their challenges, from employment and financial support, through to youth and community programmes.



In order to help us achieve our mission, we're looking to appoint a Corporate Volunteering Manager to lead the Group volunteering programme for Clarion, including employer supported volunteering and community volunteering. You'll establish a Group wide strategy that embeds volunteering in every part of the business to support delivery of Clarion Futures priorities, build stronger communities and provide opportunities for staff.



With extensive experience in influencing and negotiating at all levels, the successful candidate will build strong partnerships with external bodies and businesses to raise the profile of the Volunteering programme and maximise opportunities.



Other key responsibilities will include:-



* Acting as corporate lead for developing and promoting Clarion's Group-wide charity partnership, currently St Mungos. Engaging across the Group to develop and deliver a comprehensive programme of activities including staff engagement, fundraising, awareness raising, best practice sharing and partnership development;
* Responsible for leading Clarion's CSR engagement with external businesses and partners such as Business In The Community, maximising external support for our residents and communities;
* Developing strategic volunteering partnerships with corporate businesses and supply chain partners;



Educated to degree level, you'll come to us with experience of running Employer Supported Volunteer schemes in a complex national organisation. You'll need extensive experience and expertise in volunteering policy and delivery of related programmes as well as good knowledge of compliance, regulatory and risk issues relevant to a housing association and volunteering activities.
