Job details:


* Support the Asset Manager and other managers within the property services team.
* Lead on the management of data.
* Provide analysis to support asset management strategic decisions.

Candidate requirements:


* Degree level or equivalent qualification
* Recent knowledge of housing and asset management
* Experience of analysis and budget control.
