This is a typical Business Systems Analysis role.

You will work closely with various stakeholders both in the business and IT, to gather requirements and provide reporting and data as needed.

Ability to work on multiple projects needed, technical skillset must include:

* MS Dynamics CRM (ideally Dynamics365)
* Solid T-SQL (select insert delete expected)
* MS Office and Visio

The role needs someone with attention to detail, ability to multitask, and focused on quality rather than quantity.

General experience around IT systems, testing and project management / PMO work useful.
