HSQE Assistant
Based in Kent
Leading building maintenance company are to secure a Health, Safety, Quality and Environment (HSQE) Administrator, to help ensure the safe delivery of major, long term contracts within their maintenance and project divisions. The role will look to support this successful and growing company within their HSQE Department.

Responsibilities of the Health, Safety, Quality Environment Administrator will include:

Providing coordination, administration and support to the Project support team
Working closely with the Health, Safety and Environment Manager on administrative duties
Liaising with the Health, Safety & Environment Manager to update or develop new HSE initiatives, processes and supporting procedures
Provision of administrative support to manage, monitor and maintain ISO standards
Inputting and analysing data as required to identify trends and for input into HSE reports, procedures, presentations, tenders etc.
Prepare and review site documentation as required
Identify and arrange staff training where required
Manage subcontractor and suppliers documentation and ensure compliance to our company standards
Prepare construction phase plans, method statements and risk assessments for upcoming works
Prepare site safety folders and notice boards for applicable projects
The successful Health, Safety, Quality Environment Administrator will have:

Some experience in a similar Health, Safety or Environment role
Construction / Maintenance
Strong computer literacy, with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
Be self-motivated, focused, well-organised and able to multi-task and work to deadlines
Excellent communications skills with experience dealing with a wide range of stakeholders
A keen eye for detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
IOSH – desirable
