Clarion Housing Group is a major housing developer with the financial strength, capacity, skills and expertise to deliver a wide range of housebuilding and regeneration schemes. Our target is to build 50,000 new homes over the next 10 years as one of the country's top 5 house builders.



In order to achieve our goal we are expanding our team and looking for a dynamic and dedicated Senior Community Liaison Manager to join our team.



The Senior Community Liaison Manager will manage a team of Community Liaison Managers nationally. You'll put in place the strategies and processes required to effectively manage the team and maximise the social and economic value we can deliver on our development projects.



Working closely with the Development Manager, Marketing and On-site delivery Managers, you will be coordinating and managing stakeholder relationships within the communities our new build developments are situated in, growing the Clarion (& Latimer sales) brand and promote Clarion as the new build developer of choice. As the first point of contact for local residents, authorities and other stakeholders, you'll be the 'Face of Clarion' in the community.



Alongside building and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, we'll look to you to prepare Community Development Plans for each project which support the project deliverables. You'll also be responsible for supporting the delivery the projects' socio-economic S106 obligations as well as supporting the transition from delivery (construction) to the arrival of new residents and support their integration into the development.



About you



In order to be successful in the role, you'll need significant experience successfully managing a team, preferably on a national basis. With previous experience of communicating and developing relationships with stakeholders, you'll be approachable and friendly with a 'can-do' attitude. You'll also have experience in designing and conducting community development and liaison activities as well as an understanding of the property and construction industries. Good problem solving, presentation and organisational skills are essential for the role.
