Our Kent Learning Disabilities Service is currently looking for a Support Worker to join our dynamic team in Tonbridge.

Clarion is offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, motivated and talented individual to build a career working for one of Europe's largest housing associations. Clarion delivers support services to some of the most vulnerable people in society. Our work is recognising and respecting each service user as an individual who has abilities, ideas, responsibilities, wishes, hopes and feelings. The role of support worker whilst challenging at times, is an extremely rewarding one.

Who are we looking for?

We welcome candidates with experience in the housing and support sector. However, we're also looking for people who may not have this experience but have the qualities and skills we feel would most benefit our customers; professionalism, empathy and understanding, life experience and a desire to develop their own knowledge and skills to best support our customers.

As a Support Worker, you will support and keywork service users to achieve individual goals as set out in each service user's Person Centred Support Plan. Working for Clarion as part of the Kent team you will be delivering exceptional support services to our customers.

A full training package will be provided to new members of our team to help them develop the skills to become a great support worker.
