Clark James Recruitment are working with a long-established firm of Independent Financial Advisors based near Dover, Kent.

Due to expansion within the team our client are keen to recruit a Financial Services Administrator/IFA Support.

Role

Working within the Advisor support team the successful applicant will assist with processing applications on behalf of clients once the advisory team have completed the applications.
Ensuring applications are correct and submitting them to providers (usually electronically via platforms) and then ensuring they are followed through to completion.
The position requires a methodical approach and attention to detail.

Candidate

Previous experience working within an Independent Financial Advisor is essential.
Excellent communication, attention to detail and presentation skills.
Able to work within a team combined with the ability to work individually.
Strong administration experience essential.

Package

Basic salary (negotiable dependent on experience) + benefits .
