As a Team Manager you will manage Senior Practitioners, Social Workers and support staff; overseeing cases requiring assessment, review and on-going support. You will make a real difference in achieving outcomes, leading to more independent living for service users. The service is also increasingly accessible to the public outside of traditional office hours, as we move towards an 8 am to 8 pm, 7 days a week service.

This post is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure application to the Disclosure and Barring service and registration as a qualified Social Worker with Social Work England. 
This post is considered by KCC to be a customer-facing position. The Council therefore has a statutory duty under Part 7 of the Immigration Act (2016) to ensure that post holders have a command of spoken English/Welsh sufficient for the effective performance of the job requirements. Our offer

Salary £45,817 - £53,395 per annum

Relocation packages up to a maximum of £8,000

Starting annual leave allowance of 27 to 30 days

A minimum of 5 days training/development each year
