Warehouse Manager currently required for an established FMCG business in Sittingbourne. This will be covering the night shift.

This role has become available due to the ongoing growth of this successful business.

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor/Team Leader looking to take the next step in their career, or an experienced Manager looking for a different challenge.

The main focus of the role will be to oversee the day to day running of a medium-sized facility, manage a team of operatives and plan the routes of the driving team.

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for:

- Taking customer orders
- Replenishing stock
- Transport and route planning for up to 20 vehicles
- Overseeing general warehouse operations
- Operating equipment including forklift
- Preparing stock
- Managing staff rotas and holiday entitlement

This will be the ideal role for someone with:

- Previous experience in an FMCG/Warehouse environment
- Previous Supervisor/Team Leader experience
- An FLT License (essential)
- Strong management skills

Please note that this will be covering the night shift only so you must be available to work nights between 9pm-6am up to 5 nights a week. The business runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so flexibility will also be required where necessary.

This is a permanent position paying between £20-30,000 dependent on experience + pension contribution.
