We are looking to recruit a bank of Casual Early Years Practitioner to work as part of our busy team, providing a safe, caring and stimulating environment for the children at the Pre-school.

During busy periods additional cover is needed and we would like to recruit a number of staff that we can ensure are fully checked and ready to work if the need arises. You will assist in delivering a high standard of learning, development and care for children aged 0-5 years.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and responsible. We serve children with a wide range of needs so a keen interest in child care and child development is important. Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with parents are also essential. The successful candidate must be a team player with a flexible approach.

We would like the pool of Practitioners to include candidates without any childcare qualification through to those with a Level 3 in Early Years. The salary will be reflective of the level of qualification. Hours worked are paid via timesheet one month in arrears.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Check and provide proof of their right to work in the UK.
