We are looking for a Sous Chef to support the Catering Manager to deliver a first class, fresh and nutritious food offering to all the customers of the College, whilst ensuring the quality of dishes being prepared are consistent and meet the standard required.
The role will assist the Catering Manager in leading the production and service team on a day-to-day basis and support the development of the food production skills of the Kitchen at the College whilst preparing, cooking and presenting great food.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, uphold cleanliness standards and be a team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
Attention to detail, strong organisation and time management skills are essential, along with proven record of leading a team.
Working Hours;
40 Hours a week, 5 out of 7 days a week
52 weeks a year
Some flexibility will be required for functions
