At Moove Europe, you will be part of a global manufacturer of quality Industrial and car lubricants and car care chemicals.
We have an opportunity for you at our European Head office based in Gravesend, Kent as a Administrator in our Supply Chain team.
If you are a graduate, you have good administration skills, you thrive working in a fast-paced environment and you are looking to develop your career take a look at what we can offer you.
Your role will include:
• Processing orders and delivery notes
• Assisting the team to manage monthly and annual stock takes.
• Supporting the team with daily activities
• Liaising daily with various internal departments
• Responsible for filing and archiving paperwork
• Invoice queries
• Checking and ensuring customer deliveries & returns are process correctly.
Skills required:
• University degree or equivalent
• Strong administration skills
• Good analytical / numerical skills
• Experience in Excel and SAP highly desirable

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.30 (once a month there is a Saturday stock take from 7.30 – 13.30 overtime is paid).
