A leading employer in the East Kent area are looking for a Graduate Real Estate Surveyor to join their team.

The main aspect of this role will be to provide a customer relationship interface with both commercial and residential tenants as well as their agents whilst being able to negotiate and agree Head of Terms and potential tenants and progress both leases and licenses agreements.

You will need to be pro-active in contacting potential new tenants and act on expression of interest by potential tenants and securing viewings and vacant spaces as well as carrying out inspections of occupied and vacant properties.

To successfully secure an interview for this role you will need to be RICS Commercial Real Estate Surveyor or hold a RICS accredited degree and working towards completing PICS APC Pathway as well as being able to demonstrate processes for creating/managing and ending tenancy agreements.

The right candidate will be able demonstrate good property law along with health and safety practises and have a full UK driving license and the use of your own vehicle.
