Are you a Finishing Foreman with experience in Co-ordinating Sub Contracts and running a site? Then look no further! We have a new position working as a Working Foreman available in Kent.



I am looking for a Foreman to start to start on site ASAP, where the client will be interviewing immediately.



The Project:

Demolition to a sixth form block, new build teaching block and extension to existing building to hold 1800 students.



Responsibilities:

* Reporting to the Site Manager and visiting Contracts Manager
* Ideal candidates will both manage the every day running of site under a Site Manager whilst assisting the different trades on the project.
* Cooperation with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
* Ongoing monitoring of quality as well as guaranteeing of schedule compliance



Requirements

* Preferably a trades background
* Ability to manage the site teams but also get involved in driving the works
* CSCS - Essential
* SSSTS - Desirable but not a necessity
* First Aid tickets - Desirable but not a necessity
