Robinson Allfree, a leading law firm with offices in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, are looking to recruit a full-time Wills and Probate Legal Executive/Solicitor.

Main Responsibilities:

• Running your own caseload of wills and probate client matters

• Working closely with the Partners to promote the department and firm as a whole

• Undertake such other relevant duties as specified by the Partners


Knowledge:

• Probate
• Wills
• Trusts
• Estate Planning
• Lasting Power of Attorney
• Court of Protection
• All other areas of Wills and Probate work
• STEP member preferable


We would like to hear from experienced applicants who will be comfortable working with minimal supervision on matters such as estate administration, trusts and property matters.
