Location: Folkestone and Hythe District area with occasional travel to Canterbury
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £24,240 - £27,297 per annum

Live Well Kent is a network of services promoting recovery and wellbeing for people with mental health problems. Gaining employment is an important part of mental health recovery and we are looking for a dynamic and positive person, who enjoys the challenge of meeting targets, to manage the Live Well Kent Employment Service in Folkestone and Hythe District.


Suitable candidates will ideally have the following:

Experience of working in a person centred environment
Ability to manage and motivate others.
Ability to demonstrate how you have improved outcomes in a training or employment service.
Excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with a wide range of individuals including clients, employers, and staff from statutory and voluntary organisations.
