Due to successful growth plans within this lovely company located on prestigious Kings Hill, we now have instruction to recruit for a number of additional Pet Insurance Claims Assessors.

What sort of background are we looking for?
These roles are considered absolutely ideal for individuals with a vet nurse qualification, because of your familiarity with general veterinary terminology.
You could be qualified or unqualified, but perhaps no longer wishing to work in practice or continue with your studies.

What does the position involve?
These roles are all about a combination of administration and customer care with on the job training provided.
These are NON-SALES positions plus you WILL NOT be working to targets!
Working within a super attractive contact centre setting, as a Pet Insurance Claims Assessor, you will be liaising with members of the general public making their Pet Insurance Claim and ultimately “assessing” the claim within limits of authority (ie. up to a certain maximum limit value wise) in a polite, and professional manner, always working to the principals of Treating Customers Fairly (or as you would wish to be treated).

You will be required to update the in-house system with the claims information and general progress, liaising with colleagues and where required, veterinary professionals over the telephone, to smooth out any queries and completing administrative tasks relating to the claim, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory claims journey, for the client.

Will training be provided?
Yes! On the job training is provided all within an extremely supportive environment.

Hours of work, salary & benefits
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm with a 45 minute lunch break
36.25 hours per week or 7.25 hours per day
Starting salary for qualified vet nurses £18,500.00 per annum + amazing bens
Starting salary for unqualified vet nurses £17,500.00 per annum + amazing bens (starting as a Trainee Pet Claims Assessor)
