We are looking for a number of candidates to work as Soldering and Assembling Operatives for our client based in Margate.

You will manufacture products destined for a variety of applications including medical, marine, instrumentation, automotive, navigation, audio, leisure and industrial electronics as well as the production of battery power packs for a variety of industries and market sectors.

The work will involve:

following diagrams and written work instructions
hand soldering
pre-forming and component work
assembling printed circuit boards
quality assurance testing
cable preparation and loom building
identifying common components/device types and value decoding
inspection and packing of completed assemblies.
We are ideally looking for candidates who have experience in small parts assembling. Any previous soldering experience would be preferred but it is not required, we will also consider transferable skills such as painting, model making or cake decorating.

The working days are Monday to Friday and there are two shifts running between 6am to 10 pm with available overtime.

All of these positions are temp to perm and the pay rate is £8.21 per hour.

Due to the location and working hours you will need to have your own transport.
