Wellbeing Receptionist

£17,408 to £19,202 pro rata per annum

If you have experience providing reception services, good IT skills and an interest in working in Student Support and Wellbeing at the University of Kent, this part-time term-time only role could be ideal for you.

Joining a committed and supportive team, you will put to use your well-developed customer service skills to provide reception support to the department.

As Wellbeing Receptionist you will:
- provide a reception service to students who wish to access support from Student Support and Wellbeing
- record student information pertaining to their interaction
- work with other administrative staff to ensure the evolving needs of the Department are met

To succeed in this role you will need:
- previous experience of providing reception services in a similar environment
- to be adaptable to change with a positive attitude toward a constantly evolving environment
- experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- excellent communication skills
