Barnes Lodge is a bright, modern and spacious 101 bed dual registered care home that opened in 2016, set in the outskirts of Tonbridge.

We are currently recruiting registered nurses for our nursing provision, who will lead and support a great team of staff and very happy residents.

Barnes Lodge is rated "Good" by CQC.

With an excellent nursing team in place, support by our skilled, experienced clinical lead and dedicated exceptional care staff, we now have a number of development job opportunities for you.

As a key post holder within Barnes Lodge, you will be required to:

· support the Deputy Manager / Clinical Lead in providing leadership to the care team and effective management of the Home within the available resources;

· ensure care and clinical standards are met at the highest level;

· take responsibility for the safeguarding of adults and follow the Organisations whistleblowing policy as required;

· take responsibility for the management and allocation of duties to care and support during the course of shift;

· understand and execute the required legislation including CQC standards;

· ensure that the home provides a homely and safe environment to all residents consistent with their dignity, wellbeing and the principles of person centred care.

To apply, you will need:

· a valid RGN NMC Pin Code;

· experience within a Nursing or Residential Care Home for Older People;

· excellent leadership skills;

· an understanding of the duties, responsibilities and objectives for the position.
