You may have already gained some general call handling telephone based general customer service experience in one capacity or another with the desire to get into an insurance related role.

What does the job involve?
As a Trainee Claims Assessor, you would be handling incoming calls from their clients making their initial insurance claim, adding their details and information onto the system where accuracy and attention to detail is important and you will be trained to eventually process the claim, ensuring the client is kept up to date at all times, enabling a smooth and positive claims journey throughout!
You must also be able to deliver in terms of a lovely telephone manner, articulate well and also have good listening skills too.
