About the job

You'll be:
• Driving a performance management environment by ensuring productivity of operatives and working with our Planners to programme works efficiently within our Service Level Agreements
• Dealing effectively with our internal resource to repair and maintain our Housing Stock and Estate Areas
• Working closely with the Delivery Managers and acting as an ‘ambassador’ for mhs homes
• Leading a team of front-line skilled operatives to deliver excellent customer service
• Undertaking pre, post and work in progress inspections, as well as Health and Safety Inspections and Van Stock audits
• Managing customer expectations over scope and delivery of works
