Due to their continued expansion my client is looking to recruit a housing manager to look after a 20 unit apartment in Paddock Wood


The role will be responsible for assisting tenants with day to day queries and ensure the smooth running of the building


Other responsibilities include:



Tenancy turnover of residents tenant’s rooms (light cleaning)
Signing residents in and out of their accommodating at the start and end of their stay
Reporting repairs
Dealing with any other management issues that may arise.
Assisting tenants with day to day issues

In return we are looking for candidates who have the following skills



Excellent communicator
Ability to prioritise a busy workload
Computer literate
Ability to work independently
Work with challenging families or tenants

Ideally if you have experience of working in a housing environment that would be a benefit.
