Our client are an internationally recognised Manufacturing and Engineering company with 2 UK manufacturing sites with their head offices based in Kent. Having been at the heart of their industry innovation for 50 years they have the strong roots to further develop over the next 50 years.

To strengthen the finance and HR function, they are currently recruiting for a Payroll and Finance Coordinator to join their team.
This is a dual role where you will be required to run a monthly payroll from beginning to end, 3 days per week and manage statistic and analytical data as part of the finance function 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience of managing a monthly payroll process for up to 300 PAYE staff from beginning to end
Ensuring that all payroll data is inputted manually and accurately and in line with deadlines
Assisting with the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
Processing new starters
Keeping the HR & Payroll database up to date with information such Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and sick pay
Good problem solving skills with a natural ability to meet deadlines
