The Role

If this sounds like you, we have a fantastic opportunity to join the 111 team who are committed to delivering efficient and comprehensive advice to our patient base. We’re striving to recruit and retain great people to deliver excellent patient care. You will join an experienced team of NHS 111 Health Advisors in our care coordination centre.

Health Advisors are the first point of contact for our patients. When our patients dial 111 you will be the voice at the end of the line. You will be triaging calls and providing safe, effective assessment and non-clinical advice using the NHS Pathways System. We provide full paid training and there is opportunity for career progression with experience.

Who are we?

Integrated Care 24 Ltd (IC24) is a major not for profit Social Enterprise providing innovative and wide ranging patient focused primary care services designed to deliver quality and affordability. IC24 is committed to improving access to health and social care for our patients and reducing the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out of hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services as well as health and justice nursing services.

Hours Available:

Evenings, overnight and weekends covering a 24/7 operation

Overnights – 38 hours per week between 8pm and 9am
Part time – 16 – 30 hours per week between 6am and 1am
Part time (Weekends only) – 12-16 hours per week between 6am and 1am
Full time – 37.5 hours per week between 6am and 1am
Please note that there is a requirement to work 4 ½ weekends out of 6 as well as public holidays

Shifts are based on a 6 week changeable rota

Applicants must be available to start training on the 10th or 31st August
