From Aldershot in Hampshire across to Whitstable in Kent, our teams work hard to keep taps flowing across Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Sussex and Kent. We are looking to recruit a number of results driven Leakage Technicians to join our expanding Leakage team with exciting opportunities across the region we are proud to serve.

Leakage detection and resolution is important to our customers, regulators and to us. Each year we have to ensure that we meet a leakage target set by our regulator (OFWAT) and you will be working with the team that is responsible for ensuring this is achieved. As a skilled Leakage Technician you will be experienced in performing a full range of leakage detection activities such as working from DMA plans and data, correlating, noise logging, step testing. To provide a first class service to our customers, you will work as part of a wider team resolving reactive and proactive leaks. You will be expected to maintain, assess, diagnose, determine the most appropriate solution and support any interruptions / issues to the water service.

You will have good IT skills, enjoy working outdoors as an individual and as part of a wider team, be customer focused and possess good communications skills. You will have good analytical skills and a desire to achieve the best possible result, first time.

The team consists of individuals both directly employed and contracted involved in delivering Leakage Detection, Network operation, equipment maintenance and other network support functions.
