Go Resource are currently on behalf of their Client for Customer Services Adviser Rolesbased in Dartford in Kent

Within the customer services team you will be the first point of contact at the client site liaising with both the clients suppliers and the operational teams at the site .

Key Accountability will include :

Main areas of focus and accountability of the role – detail in order of importance the main areas of accountability of the role:

1 Data entry onto relevant systems providing correct information regarding supplier deliveries
2 Update the operational team with any amendments or customer requirements to ensure efficient operations
3 Working with suppliers ensuring deliveries to the site comply with operational and customer requirements
4 Working with the Transport team, updating the operation and client with relevant information throughout the day
5 Provide customer feedback relating to deliveries and issues
6 Work with the client and operational team to amend processes working towards improved efficiency
7 Ensure compliance for quality and H+S audits
8 Ensure H+ S standards are met at all times
9 Updating site security personnel with amendments to timings/ details to facilitate required access to the site and customer site

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

GCSEs or Equivalent (any grade)
Microsoft Office knowledge
Previous Experience of working in a customer relations environment
Experienced in working with multiple departments
Good organisational skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team and using own initiative
PC literate Microsoft Office applications
Able to work within a pressurized environment
Previous experience working within Logistics sector
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer orientated
Able to work flexible hours

Shifts Available 0600 - 1430 hours or 1000- 1830 hours Monday to Friday with occasional weekends
