Team Support are looking for experienced Care Assistants to provide the highest levels of care and support to residents within Residential and Nursing Homes in Sevenoaks and the surrounding areas..


Agency Carer rates:
• £8.73 to £15 per hour (enhanced rates for weekends and bank holidays - paid weekly).
• Flexible work for Carers / HCA's / Support Worker's, full or part time roles, work when you want to work, DAYS or NIGHTS!!!!

Job Description:

• To provide a high quality of care to adults in accordance with the homes guidelines and procedures
• To provide care which focuses on the needs of the individual
• Promoting independence and choice
• Follow individual care plans and ensure all client needs are met
• Assist with day to day activities within the home


Requirements:

• You must have the right to work within the UK
• You must have a good standard of English and be able to communicate effectively
• You must have at least 6 months UK care experience
• At least 5 years check-able work history and references
• You must be willing to complete a new DBS if not on the On-line DBS update service
• Must have or be willing to complete Mandatory training
• Have an empathetic and personable nature as you will be working with vulnerable people
