Working closely with the Catering Manager, the Conference & Banqueting Supervisors ensure that the highest professional standards are consistently met. The Conference & Banqueting Supervisor deals effectively with the full Conference & Banqueting function for all food and beverage events that the Canterbury Cathedral Lodge undertakes which includes hosting wedding receptions, Christmas parties and catered functions linked to Cathedral events.

The appointed person will have experience in a similar role working in a high volume conference and events environment, demonstrable interpersonal and customer service skills and effective in giving guidance and instruction to banqueting staff.
