The Role



This exciting role will give you responsibility for day to day engagement with a number of our Key Retail Customers. Typically, you will be expected to manage up to 15 customers, acting as the primary point of contact, responsible for managing all aspects of their relationship with GForces. Responsibilities include:



= Develop existing client relationships with multiple contracts at all levels of the organisation.

= Combine creativity with knowledge of the automotive industry, the NetDirector Software to consult accounts on an effective omnichannel strategy. Growing monthly revenue through adaption of additional products and services.

= Confidently, lead and manage a team to present, develop and deliver successful multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and excellent client service.

= Analysis customer data and industry trends to make informed recommendations and suggestions to your customers.

= Work independently and with senior management to identify new business opportunities, develop new and existing accounts. Participate actively in the evolution of software offering

= Produce and monitor accurate, clear forecasting information

= Accurate management of CRM records for all customers

= Confidently present GForces, our products and services in an articulate manner.

= Provide support, guidance and development to team members in an inclusive environment.





Essential Skills

= A minimum of three years’ experience in sales/account management, held in either automotive or a digitally focussed role.

= An understanding of Software as a Service (SAAS) based products and the benefits of solution-based products

= A passion for digital marketing and experience managing and reporting on paid campaigns

= A hardworking and determined work ethic. We are looking for ambitious and integrity

= A confident presentation style and the ability to engage at board level

= Excellent communication and client services skills

= Ability to successfully and productively resolve problems in order to meet targets and expectations

= A successful track record in managing Key accounts

= Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data constructively to improve the performance of client’s digital strategy

= Ability to drive the conception and development of innovative, engaging, on-brief digital ideas for clients

= Full driving license with business insurance. Driving to client meetings will be required
