Barker Munro recruitment Ltd, a leading insurance recruitment agency, have an interesting role for a Technical Policy Investigator based in Tunbridge Wells.

As a Technical Policy Investigator, you will investigate policies with indemnity queries, misrepresentation and fraud concerns within the agreed KPI and SLAs. Working as part of a diverse team of Investigators, acting as a referral point for the operational teams, underwriters and the wider business.

Other responsibilities include:
• Investigate policies referred by the claims teams, other departments or from brokers, IFB, MID, Police of the general public
• Review the output from our counter fraud system on a daily basis to identify potential fraud or misrepresentation of policies and conduct further investigation where necessary

We are seeking applicants with experience in the Motor Insurance Industry and ideally underwriting or Fraud knowledge. You will be Self-motivated and have the ability to work unsupervised with excellent communication skills.
