Polypipe, a FTSE 250 company, is a leading manufacturer of plastic piping systems for the residential, commercial, civils and infrastructure sectors.

Our Aylesford, Kent site is currently looking for a Technical Engineer to join their Technical Team. The role is 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday).

The Technical Engineer role incorporates an element of design, take off and quotation for the Polypipe Building Services products through the use of CAD software packages and advising on the technical capabilities of the products.

The ideal candidate will have the following:

• HNC or above in an engineering discipline, ideally in the field of building services.
• Experience of drainage systems & supply systems
• Experience/knowledge of AutoCAD, Inventor & Revit software
• Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of software

As well as the above, the candidates shall be required to demonstrate excellent customer focus, possess a good telephone manner and be able to work on their own initiative to meet deadlines.

Training shall be provided on all product ranges and their respective design and installation processes.
