Through providing careers advice and practical support in jobs and training, CXK makes a difference to the lives of people across Kent & East Sussex and we are currently recruiting for a number of Careers Advisers to work on our National Careers Service contract. Our Careers Advisers work primarily in community and school settings offering advice, guidance and support to enable those they work with to make good choices/overcome barriers and have successful transitions into training and/or employment.

Experience of delivering careers advice in a community or school setting is essential and candidates must be qualified to at least Level 4.
