Commercial Insurance Manager
Barker Munro Recruitment, the insurance recruitment specialists are working with this independent insurance broker who have a fantastic management opportunity within the business for 2019.
As the commercial Insurance Manager you will have a senior position within the commercial management team supporting the board and having a key input in the main areas of the business which includes New Business, Customer Service and support teams such as HR and Compliance. The roles focuses on spending half the time speaking to clients face to face for the new business team and the renewals teams whilst winning business and taking the opportunity to also support and develop the internal functions of the business and namely working closely with team leaders within the business.
The role of commercial insurance manager is to manage various elements of the business and work with high performing staff to give them leadership and direction in order to develop their own staff.
To be considered for this exciting commercial insurance manager opening, we are seeking applications from professional insurance candidates who can demonstrate team management experience and the ability to lead and manage insurance staff and who can demonstrate a strong background in Insurance, namely commercial insurance. If you are passionate and energetic in what you do within insurance and can drive the performance of a busy team, this role could be the ideal step for you to develop your leadership skills and enhance the broker offering with your business development skills.
