My client, a leading software development company and Microsoft Gold Partner require an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer with a background supporting Azure in an IaaS, PaaS, SaaS context.  The successful Senior IT Support Engineer - Azure will be tasked with supporting a very Microsoft centric environment in an extremely friendly and collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:



Ability to hit the ground running in a broad technical team
Take a lead in providing both reactive and proactive support to clients adn users alike
Offer 3rd-line support across server and desktop
Offer input into internal health-checks
Maintain strong communication with the team and the line manager
Ensure incidents are logged appropriately
