Jump IT has been asked to find a capable Systems Manager with hybrid Salesforce and Project Support / Project Management/ PMO level skills to join this globally known company based near London Bridge Station.

Permanent position only, a solid understanding around Salesforce is required as the core of this work will be based around a new Salesforce Implementation organisation wide.

We dont need a Salesforce guru but the role will act as an intemediary between the Salesforce provider and the internal teams to ensure:

* Internal Customer Satisfaction
* Maximise internal engagement
* Act as a focal point for 3rd party supplier and the end users / management

* System Support and training

Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills essential alongside some technical skills around:

* Salesforce (ideally a SuperUser level)
* Agile
* Project support / PMO / Project management

Any Salesforce acreditation a bonus (such as Salesforce Administrator).

The role will be a key one both internally and externally. You will help with the implementation; engagement, project delivery and user training around salesforce with some business analysis and general systems experience beneficial

This will be a challenge. This does require an above average candidate.
