Our established corporate client located in Kings Hill, specialising in Insurance, has decided to extend their opening hours within their Pet Insurance Claims Team and therefore, a number of additional opportunities have become available!
We are therefore looking for candidates who want to work these hours specifically because they fit into their home life and as an example, could be absolutely ideal for working parents.

This client offers the most amazing working conditions and you would be working within a lovely contact centre setting (unlike the norm) within a friendly, professional team, with on the job training and support provided to everyone on an ongoing basis.

What qualifications do I need?
Applicants will have received a good general education with a minimum GCSE grades C in Maths & English.

When do the positions start?
The client is aiming for a 1st March 2019 start but interviewing asap in preparation!

Your Hours of work:
Please ensure you read this fully.
For these particular positions, the client is totally flexible on your actual start time, but candidates will be required to finish their working day at 8pm Monday to Friday.
There is also a requirement to work Saturdays 9am – 1pm.

What salary is available?
Salary is largely depending on experience whether you are a Trainee or not.
As a guide, the full time salaries are between £17,500.00 - £19,000.00 (the upper end would be for those with more relevant experience)

Pet Claims Assessors & Trainee Pet Claims Assessors
These are non-sales roles.
You will be working within an attractive customer services centre setting.
You may have previous experience working within a Veterinary Surgery (for example a qualified or unqualified veterinary nurse, perhaps no longer wishing to pursue a career within practice).
You may have worked within a veterinary practice and have had dealings with the admin related to pet insurance claims and therefore a basic understanding of the processes.
You may have detailed knowledge of animal care and veterinary terminology gained within another capacity.
You may have previous general insurance Claims experience. You may have previously worked within a Pet Insurance Claims related capacity elsewhere and be looking for a change or for progression, in which case, this would be reflected in the salary offered.
The ability to deliver strong customer service and problem resolution.
A high attention to detail.
Working to specific deadlines.
The ability to prioritise your workload.
The capacity to work within a friendly team.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
GCSE’s or equivalent including Maths and English.

Other duties include:
Working within an extremely supportive environment with on the job training provided, you
will ultimately be “assessing” the Pet Insurance Claim, within limits of authority (ie. up to a maximum value).
You will communicate with the client making the Pet Insurance claim, over the telephone and via email in a professional and articulate manner.
You will update the system with the claims information, liaising with colleagues and veterinary professionals when required and completing general administrative tasks relating to the claim, always doing everything you can to ease the smooth flow of the claim journey.
Working to the principals of Treating Customers Fairly, or basically as you would wish to be treated
The client places a huge emphasis on delivering outstanding levels of customer care to their clients.
