The role's responsibilities require you to; deal directly with customers on inbound and outbound calls and emails, using logic and customer service skills to work with customers to set realistic plans to recover any owed debt.


The ideal candidate will be; local to Westerham; have an excellent telephone manner; have good written and verbal communication; be a good team player and capable of working individually. The ideal candidate will also buy into the company ethos and get involved in any tasks taken on by the whole team.

£18,000 starting salary + £3,000 minimum bonus!
